Attorney Marshall S. Weaver was raised in Hemingway, South Carolina, where he attended both Pleasant Hill and Hemingway Public school systems and graduated from Hemingway High School in 1993. Upon graduation from High School, Attorney Weaver Joined the United States Army where he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and served honorably for 7 years. Following receipt of an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army, Attorney Weaver attained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University.
