Marshall Solomon Weaver

Attorney Marshall S. Weaver was raised in Hemingway, South Carolina, where he attended both Pleasant Hill and Hemingway Public school systems, and graduated from Hemingway High School in 1993. Upon graduation from High School Attorney Weaver Joined the United States Army where he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and served honorably for 7 years. Following receipt of an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army, Attorney Weaver attained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University.
Attorney Weaver subsequently attended the Charleston School of Law from which he graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree. Upon graduation from the Charleston School of Law, Attorney Weaver worked as a Law Clerk for the 12th Judicial Circuit Court. Upon completion of his obligation as Law Clerk, Attorney Weaver practiced law in Sumter, South Carolina, in the areas of: Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Criminal Defense. Attorney Weaver has now become the owner of The Weaver Law Firm and currently practices in the areas of: Personal Injury, Automobile Accidents, Civil Litigation, Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Criminal Defense. Attorney Weaver has a beautiful wife, two strong sons, one amazing daughter, and is a member of Jerusalem A.M.E. Church in Hemingway, SC. The office looks forward to working with you.

Mia David Weaver

Attorney Mia David Weaver was raised in Bennettsville, South Carolina, and attended the public schools of Marlboro County. Upon graduation from Marlboro County High as an Honor Graduate, Attorney Mia Weaver attended the University of South Carolina where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. While attending USC, Mia worked as an intern with South Carolina’s Governor’s Office, and from there she was encouraged to attend Law School.
In December of 2010, Attorney Mia Weaver graduated from the Charleston School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree, and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May of 2011. While attending Law School, she worked as a Law Clerk for multiple firms in the Charleston area. Shortly after being admitted to the Bar, Attorney Mia Weaver began working as an Assistant Solicitor for the Fourth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, where she handles criminal prosecution in all areas in Marlboro County.
Mia David Weaver is married to Marshall Solomon Weaver, and she is a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Bennettsville, SC. The office looks forward to working with you!!
